What you will do

  • Provide technical leadership throughout all phases of web development.
  • Design efficient and cost-effective web application and software solutions based on functional requirements.
  • Apply information technology standards and industry best practices to development work.
  • Collaborate with internal IT departments to identify and develop solution designs.
  • Stay current with new practices and standards in web application development.

Requirements

  • At least 10 years of related professional experience.
  • Bachelor's degree required; a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related discipline is preferred.
  • Hands-on experience with Java, J2EE, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, RESTful web services using JSON over HTTP, and JavaScript frameworks such as AngularJS or Backbone.
  • Experience with web development methodologies, responsive web design, test-driven development, and continuous integration.
