Senior Machine Learning Engineer (Simulation)

Location: London, England; hybrid role with onsite work.

Salary: £123,000–£129,000 GBP per year, plus eligibility for an annual bonus, equity incentive plan, and company benefits.

What you will do

• Advance ultra-realistic autonomous-vehicle simulations using foundation models.
• Collaborate with research and engineering teams in Oxford and Mountain View to improve simulation realism.
• Design experiments exploring new approaches to autonomous-vehicle simulation.
• Develop metrics for measuring the realism of simulated worlds.
• Train and evaluate large models and integrate them into the simulator and downstream applications.
• Help hire research engineers and productionize research ideas.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience applying deep learning.
• 4+ years of coding and software design experience.
• Experience solving complex production problems with state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.
• Experience taking machine learning research into production.
• Expertise in data analysis or data science.
