2026 Women in Finance Workshop

What you will do

• Attend panel discussions with female investment banking professionals.
• Participate in a Gravitas workshop focused on strengthening presentation skills.
• Learn about career opportunities in financial services, particularly investment banking.
• Network with hirify.global professionals across different levels.
• Explore opportunities relevant to the 2028 summer internship recruiting cycle.

Requirements

• Be a current sophomore at a college or university.
• Preferably major in finance, accounting, or business.
• Have a minimum GPA of 3.5.
• Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Be assertive, self-motivated, and eager to succeed in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
• Currently or in the future, must not require sponsorship for an employment visa.
