AVP Enterprise Resilience

Location: Irving, Texas, United States — hybrid, with four days a week in the office. Up to 20% domestic and international travel is required.

What you will do

• Lead the Enterprise Resilience group, including talent management, delegation, conflict resolution, and departmental planning.
• Set departmental direction with senior Enterprise Resilience leaders and prepare roadmaps, guidelines, technical requirements, and standards.
• Coordinate technical planning and implementation of infrastructure and applications supporting enterprise resilience requirements.
• Manage policy and governance, technology resilience, business resilience, operational resilience, and third-party resilience.
• Communicate critical issues, remediation efforts, program metrics, and implementation progress to senior leadership.
• Participate in emergency response activities and periodic Enterprise Resilience risk assessments.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of business continuity, technology resilience, third-party resilience, enterprise resilience frameworks, infrastructure design, and IT service management.
• At least 7 years of experience in large and complex business environments, including direct work with senior management.
• At least 5 years of experience in risk management, business continuity and disaster recovery, third-party resilience, regulatory requirements, program implementation, project management, resilience testing, and data center management.
• 5–7 years of management or leadership experience, with demonstrated project management, planning, negotiation, delegation, and strategic decision-making skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience; high school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must work in a hybrid arrangement based in Irving, United States, with four office days per week.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree or another advanced degree.
• Professional certifications in information technology or disaster recovery, such as DRCS, CBRITP, CBRM, CBCP, A+, or CISSP.
• Experience with Visio and Microsoft Office products.
