Corporate Rotation Program - IT

Location: Hybrid in Audubon, Pennsylvania, United States. The program starts in June 2027.

What you will do

• Complete three eight-month rotations across application development, technology operations, infrastructure, data and analytics, and business solutions.
• Participate in structured learning, technical training, formal mentoring, coaching, and project work.
• Collaborate with ITS and business teams to translate business needs into reliable technology solutions.
• Communicate technical information clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Work with developers, business analysts, testers, cybersecurity specialists, infrastructure engineers, operations partners, and subject matter experts to develop, enhance, support, and secure applications and technology solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or Cybersecurity.
• Designed for recent or upcoming college graduates with 0–2 years of related experience in IT, software development, cybersecurity, data analytics, systems support, infrastructure, or business technology solutions.
• GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4.0 scale.
• Experience with quantitative and qualitative analysis, verbal and written communication, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to produce high-quality work with attention to detail, communicate effectively in a team environment, learn new technologies quickly, and adapt to changing business and operational needs.

Nice to have

• Academic, internship, co-op, research, or project experience in application development, cloud technologies, cybersecurity, data analytics, technology operations, infrastructure, or business systems.
