IT / Digital Technology - Career Development (Rotational) Program (FY 2027)

Location: Allentown, Pennsylvania, United States; full-time onsite role.

What you will do

• Complete three 12-month rotations across the IT and Digital Technology organization.
• Contribute to digital enterprise systems and software development assignments.
• Support infrastructure services and information security initiatives.
• Work on data analytics assignments that support business optimization and customer experience.
• Build technical experience and network with professionals across different IT and Digital Technology areas.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.
• Expected graduation between December 2026 and August 2027.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0.
• Relevant work experience through co-ops or internships.
• Involvement in campus activities.
• Designed for entry-level candidates with 0–2 years of experience.
