What you will do

• Support performance monitoring and ongoing operations of the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Assist with environment setup, configuration validation, testing, and system monitoring.
• Gather, organize, and analyze technical and operational data for technology initiatives and reporting.
• Help identify, troubleshoot, document, and resolve system issues.
• Support database management, technology analysis, business analysis, and analytics projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and document processes, testing results, and operational best practices.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Information Technology, or a related field.
• Students of any academic level may apply.
• Interest in enterprise systems, technology operations, SAP technologies, and ERP systems.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate with technical and business stakeholders, work with diverse groups, and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.

Nice to have

• GPA of 3.0 or higher.
• Familiarity with data analysis, database concepts, and business analysis principles.
