What you will do

• Support broker and client relationship management across North America Distribution.
• Work with brokers, clients, underwriters, and internal teams to understand needs and connect them with suitable insurance solutions.
• Assist with broker and client meetings, presentations, and engagement initiatives.
• Analyze market and business information to identify trends and opportunities.
• Collaborate across Retail, Wholesale, Alternative Channels, and Client Engagement on coordinated market initiatives.
• Build knowledge of commercial insurance products, distribution channels, and market dynamics.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree expected no later than June 2028.
• Availability for the complete nine-week program from June 7 through August 6, 2027.
• Ability to work in the office at least four days per week.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to collaborate, manage multiple priorities, and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
