What you will do
- Support demo lab training events for distributor and end-user customers, including planning, preparation, and live product demonstrations.
- Collaborate with sales and product management to develop and deliver virtual training presentations.
- Assist with product testing and light assembly as required.
- Document and report product-related concerns and inquiries as a liaison between sales and product management.
Requirements
- Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering, welding engineering, or a similar field.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with pivot tables.
- Ability to interpret simple instructions and respond effectively with an appropriate sense of urgency.
- Strong communication skills and confidence discussing and demonstrating product capabilities to small groups.
- Proactive, attentive, responsive, and comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
