Creative Team (Art Director / Copywriter) - Creative Social

Location: Knoxville, TN or Portland, OR; remote employees must be based in the United States. Relocation assistance may be provided.

What you will do

• Create real-time, social-first campaigns and advertising work across digital media.
• Write and develop creative work for clients across CPG, beverage and alcohol, QSR, casual dining, retail, and luxury automotive.
• Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, copywriters, strategists, videographers, photographers, editors, designers, and animators.
• Use real-time trends and emerging platform features to create impactful social work.
• Present concepts confidently to agency leadership and clients.

Requirements

• Strong portfolio or equivalent combination of related work experience, training, education, or experience.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong design and animation skills.
• Working knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, TikTok, Reddit, and emerging social media platforms.
• Public speaking skills for clear and confident presentations.
• Positive, exploratory approach and enthusiasm for creative collaboration.

Nice to have

• 2–4 years of advertising agency or related work experience.
• Experience creating award-winning advertising with a creative team.
