Copywriter (Social Media) (Advertising): Writing social-first campaigns and real-time content for national brands across multiple industries with an accent on platform-native creativity, proofreading, and trend awareness. Focus on developing concepts with multidisciplinary creative teams, presenting ideas to leadership and clients, and creating impactful work at the speed of social.
Location: Knoxville, Tennessee. Relocation assistance may be provided. Remote employees must be based in the United States.

What you will do
- Write social-first advertising work for clients across CPG, beverage and alcohol, QSR and casual dining, retail, and luxury automotive.
- Connect brands with audiences in real time and use current trends and platform features.
- Collaborate with creative directors, art directors, strategists, videographers, photographers, editors, designers, and animators.
- Develop creative concepts and present them confidently to agency leadership and clients.
- Work quickly to create exceptional and impactful social creative.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio preferred; 2–4 years of advertising agency or related experience is a plus.
- Ability to proofread content for grammatical accuracy and maintain consistent style.
- Working knowledge of Twitter/Threads, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, Reddit, and emerging social platforms.
- Strong public speaking and presentation skills.
- Passion for ideas, collaboration, positivity, and exploration.
