What you will do
- Lead SETA support for the Space Test Program and Mission Integration Branch.
- Assess technical and schedule readiness for satellites and launch missions.
- Evaluate risks involving satellites and launch vehicles.
- Provide technical guidance for space vehicle design, development, assembly, integration, and testing.
- Review launch provider interface control documents and technical documentation for compliance with government policy, customer requirements, and spaceflight regulations.
- Support launch manifest development and coordinate on-orbit two-line element support from launch through the first year of operations.
Requirements
- Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related technical field.
- 15+ years of experience developing and implementing R&D multi-payload satellite and launch missions, including assembly, integration, launch, and operations.
- Top Secret/SCI clearance required.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Space Systems Command space and ground satellite systems.
- Highly detail-oriented approach to technical and mission integration work.
