What you will do

• Lead a team of content creators in concepting and producing breakthrough short-form video.
• Bring social strategy to life for major brands across Instagram Reels, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Collaborate with Social Creative teams to integrate video into always-on content calendars, 360 campaigns, and brand activations.
• Partner across departments to create social-first campaigns and apply real-time trends and platform features.

Requirements

• Deep understanding of social content production.
• Demonstrated ability to concept and produce share-worthy social video.
• Experience planning, leading, and executing video productions at different scales, from run-and-gun real-time concepts to larger productions.
• Passion for leadership and team growth.
