Senior Manager, Manufacturing Operations

Location: Onsite in Hanover, New Hampshire, United States; occasional travel to suppliers. Relocation assistance is available.

Salary: $120,056–$200,092 annual base pay.

What you will do

• Lead an organization of approximately 220 associates across manufacturing, process engineering, and maintenance.
• Translate business and functional strategies into actionable operational plans across strategic and tactical horizons.
• Drive continuous improvement, safety planning, quality at the source, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Optimize production flow, capacity, inventory, materials, supply chain performance, and customer delivery.
• Own manufacturing financial planning, monthly performance reviews, corrective actions, and capital investment proposals.
• Represent operations in new product development, lead strategic projects, and use operational metrics to improve results.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 7 years of operations leadership experience.
• Leadership experience in a high-tech, fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Experience with JIT supply chain management, Lean and/or Six Sigma projects, and capacity planning.
• Experience with capital equipment budgeting, justification, and implementation.
• Intermediate project management, financial, data, analytical, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Hazardous Waste Training under RCRA may be necessary.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Business or STEM.
• Six Sigma Black Belt certification.
