Affiliate Marketing Intern

Location: Knoxville, TN, United States; onsite

Salary: $18 per hour; paid internship for 8.5 weeks, from September 23, 2026 to November 20, 2026, maximum 25 hours per week.

What you will do

• Support new customer acquisition and affiliate channel performance for national clients.
• Research, identify, recruit, and communicate with affiliate publishers, networks, loyalty programs, and brand partners.
• Navigate affiliate marketing platforms, track campaigns, and develop reporting capabilities.
• Assist with affiliate strategies, tactical plans, campaign status reports, implementation, and execution.
• Collaborate with brand, legal, digital media, and client teams on campaign approvals and coordination.
• Analyze affiliate KPIs, develop performance tests, and support pixel placements, suppression files, creative updates, and technical updates.

Requirements

• Relevant work or life experience, current enrollment as a senior in a bachelor's program, or recent graduation in media, marketing, advertising, or a similar field; a degree is not required.
• Strategic, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Basic understanding of the digital media landscape.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Ability to build relationships, prioritize effectively, and navigate a complex digital media landscape.
