Financial Advisor in Training (Financial Services)

Location: Las Vegas, Nevada, United States. Employees work in the office at least four days per week, with flexibility to work from home one day per week.

Salary: $55,000 per year while completing licensing requirements. Total compensation may reach $57,000–$95,000+ within the first three years through salary and performance-based incentives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to thrive in a goal-oriented environment.
• Commitment to obtaining required licenses.
• Valid U.S. work authorization without current or future visa sponsorship requirements.
