What you will do
- Grow clients, assets under management, accounts, and revenue within an assigned territory.
- Build and develop client relationships through structured introductions, engagement processes, calls, appointments, networking, email, conferences, social media, and virtual meetings.
- Educate clients on investment solutions and platforms, help evaluate options, and develop investment plans.
- Support asset transfers and coordinate implementation with the Portfolio Management Group.
- Monitor customer portfolios for growth, risk mitigation, referrals, and retention opportunities.
- Provide oversight and training to Client Service Advocate team members while meeting individual sales and revenue goals.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree.
- 4+ years of financial services experience.
- Working knowledge of broker-dealer and RIA functions.
- Knowledge of investment products including ETFs, mutual funds, 529 plans, financial planning tools, and managed accounts.
- Strong sales, communication, and consulting skills.
- Maintain an active Series 7, Series 66, or Series 63 and Series 65 license through continuing education.
