Senior Treasury Analyst

Location: Boston, United States; hybrid work environment with remote and onsite work

Base salary: $70,000–$101,000 per year, plus eligibility for a competitive incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Support global cash management for MFS and its subsidiaries, including daily liquidity reviews, cash availability assessments, short-term investments, reconciliations, and payment administration.
• Prepare control reports and financial analysis covering cash forecasting, debt management, seed investments, and derivative positions.
• Manage corporate treasury banking relationships, authorized signatory audits, bank-held personally identifiable information, and annual tax filing coordination.
• Evaluate banking services and products, resolve service issues, and collaborate with Corporate Finance, business units, banks, and external providers.
• Maintain and enhance the Kyriba treasury management system, coordinate updates, and track vendor support issues.
• Participate in projects and recommend revised procedures and system modifications.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–5+ years of experience in Treasury, Finance, Accounting, or cash management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-resolution, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to work independently and exercise sound judgment when resolving routine and moderately complex issues.
• Strong computer skills, including spreadsheet and database applications.
• Experience with Treasury Management Systems, banking platforms, bank portals, and Bloomberg.
• Experience supporting cash forecasting, debt, derivatives, seed capital, investment operations, or financial close processes.

Nice to have

• Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) certification.
