Principal Treasury Analyst (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Flex - North Carolina, United States; virtual work with a few in-office visits each year. Office expectations depend on the distance from the Durham headquarters.

Salary: $107,901–$172,642 per year, plus potential annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Develop, maintain, and enhance short-, medium-, and long-term cash flow forecasts.
• Analyze historical and projected cash trends to identify drivers, risks, opportunities, and emerging patterns.
• Present forecast drivers, trends, risks, and opportunities to senior management and the Board.
• Partner with Finance, Treasury Operations, Actuarial, Investments, and other business leaders to improve forecast accuracy.
• Optimize excess cash returns in accordance with investment policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or advanced degree, where required.
• At least 8 years of experience in a related field, or 10+ years in lieu of a degree.
• Employment authorization sponsorship is not available for this position.
• Experience with cash management and cash flow forecasting is highly preferred.
• Experience with treasury management systems such as Kyriba is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Certified Treasury Professional, CPA, or CFA certification or active pursuit.
• Data analytics and reporting experience.
• Power BI or Tableau experience.
• Financial automation, process improvement, and advanced Excel skills.
• Healthcare-specific cash flow cycle experience and understanding of the healthcare industry.
