Location: Must be based in Cyprus. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 12:00–21:00.

Salary: €2,000–€3,000 gross per month, depending on experience, plus a monthly performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Act as the primary contact for prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain customer relationships through regular communication.
• Respond to customer inquiries and concerns promptly and empathetically.
• Present product offerings, features, and promotions to customers.
• Drive revenue generation and optimize sales opportunities within assigned accounts.
• Prepare regular reports on customer data and analytics to improve satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role.
• Proficiency in written and spoken German or Swedish is required.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Exceptional communication, empathy, and customer service skills.
• Strong computer literacy and typing skills.
• Ability to work proactively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.
