What you will do

  • Drive Queensland-based ecology projects with strong flora expertise.
  • Lead and deliver complex ecological assessments.
  • Design and implement targeted flora survey programs.
  • Prepare technical reports, impact assessments, and offset strategies.
  • Mentor junior ecologists and contribute to business development and project strategies.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Ecology, Botany, Environmental Science, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of consulting experience in a strongly flora-focused role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Queensland and Commonwealth ecological legislation.
  • Demonstrated experience leading field surveys and delivering high-quality reports.
