Location: Seven Hills, New South Wales, Australia; onsite afternoon shift from 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM, Monday to Friday

What you will do
- Identify and report potential and actual food safety and quality risks during daily production.
- Perform GMP production-line audits, food safety and quality audits, HACCP reviews, and performance monitoring.
- Provide technical support to production teams and contribute to continuous improvement activities.
- Review production records and documentation for finished-product release, and report raw material, packaging, and product non-conformances.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitation verification, review Certificates of Analysis, release raw materials, and manage retention samples.
- Provide coverage for other Food Safety and Quality team members across day and afternoon shifts.
Requirements
- Food safety or science education and experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with quality risk assessment and food safety activities.
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, decision-making, and stakeholder-influencing skills.
- Ability to understand technical concepts and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Full working rights in Australia are required.
