Human Resources Manager

Location: Cairo Business Office, Egypt; onsite

What you will do

• Align HR strategies with business needs through organization assessment, organization design, and analysis of people issues and workforce trends.
• Build a culture focused on trust, employee engagement, innovation, leadership effectiveness, and workforce productivity.
• Coach and develop leaders in people management capabilities and provide organizational insights for business decisions.
• Partner with HR practices and shared services to implement business-oriented solutions.
• Support HR process and employee-relations compliance while helping mitigate operational risk.
• Develop expertise across recruiting, training, relocation, employee services, and benefits administration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, human resources, or a relevant field.
• Proficient spoken and written English and Arabic are required.
• Fresh graduate or up to three years of experience.
• High emotional intelligence, problem-solving ability, and analytical skills.
• Ability to use AI capabilities and digitization tools.
• Strong prioritization, interpersonal, influencing, and adaptive communication skills.
