What you will do
- Lead end-to-end integration projects with external game providers and online casino operators from scoping through go-live.
- Own customer relationships and serve as the primary technical point of contact during integrations.
- Facilitate technical workshops for integrations with the LnW Digital OGS platform.
- Review requirements, manage scope, and coordinate with product, engineering, delivery, and compliance stakeholders.
- Analyze, test, debug, and troubleshoot integrated systems, including complex and escalated incidents.
- Improve integration processes, maintain documentation and runbooks, and mentor junior engineers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in systems integration or technical implementation, ideally in a B2B or platform environment.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, analysis, and problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of HTTP, REST APIs, and web-based system architecture.
- Hands-on experience with Linux or Unix environments and at least one object-oriented programming language.
- Experience with integration testing, debugging tools, and web inspection tools such as browser developer tools and Postman.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple concurrent integration workstreams.
Nice to have
- Experience in online gaming or iGaming, gaming platform APIs, or EU gaming-market regulations.
- Experience with distributed systems or SaaS platform integrations.
- Knowledge of version control systems, basic CI/CD practices, or technical project management.
