Corporate Actions Analyst (12-month Contract) (Derivatives)

Location: Amsterdam, Netherlands. The team operates from 08.00–17.30 CET.

What you will do

• Identify and analyze corporate actions affecting indices and derivatives, and update existing records.
• Assess the impact of corporate actions on markets and relevant products, consulting internal and external stakeholders.
• Ensure corporate action adjustments comply with the corporate actions policy.
• Provide clients and market participants with corporate actions policy information, updates, and operational notices.
• Set up new derivatives products in the referential tool.
• Build effective working relationships with internal departments, external stakeholders, and management.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience, preferably in the financial industry.
• Knowledge of derivatives pricing and corporate actions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in economics or a related field.
• Proficient Excel skills; affinity with databases and some IT knowledge.
• Strong attention to detail, integrity, initiative, independence, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Effective written and oral communication skills in English required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Visual Basic or Python.
• Experience with Bloomberg.
