Senior Solutions Engineer (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Partner with Account Executives to understand customer challenges and communicate the platform’s value proposition, vision, and strategy.
• Technically close complex sales opportunities through competitive knowledge, technical expertise, and credibility.
• Lead technical validations, trials, and Proof of Value evaluations throughout the sales cycle.
• Deliver product and technical demonstrations of the hirify.global service.
• Work with executives, developers, and Site Reliability Engineers to address technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to improve the service based on customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, solutions architecture, sales engineering, implementation consulting, support engineering, SRE, or software development with customer-facing project leadership.
• Hands-on knowledge of security technologies including IDS/IPS, SIEM, log management, network and endpoint security, threat detection, incident response, MSSP/MDR, threat feeds, and CASB.
• Experience with pure SaaS solutions, multi-tenant architectures, technical validations, and customer-facing sales cycles.
• Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure, plus a broad understanding of servers, networking devices, storage, and modern application architecture.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills combined with business and technical acumen.

Nice to have

• Experience with Telegraf, Fluent Bit, Fluentd, or OpenTelemetry.
• Azure certification or other relevant cloud certifications.
• Experience with Kubernetes, Docker, Lambda, Splunk, Datadog, Elastic, or New Relic.
• Experience working in a successful startup environment.
