GROWTH² Trainee: Cross-Functional Leadership Development Program

Location: Moscow, Russia; hybrid schedule with flexible working hours

Salary: from 195,000 RUB gross per month; 5,000 RUB gross monthly lunch and flexibility allowance

What you will do

• Complete three rotations across Sales/Digital Commerce, Brand, and Commercial Finance in an 18-month leadership development program.
• Develop customer management, selling, negotiation, retail execution, joint business planning, and data fluency skills.
• Contribute to brand building, consumer insights, communication strategies, category management, and digital and in-store execution.
• Build commercial finance expertise through P&L and margin analysis, forecasting, and finance-driven decision-making.
• Lead impactful projects, track business KPIs, and deliver measurable outcomes across functions.

Requirements

• Higher education degree; recent graduate within three years of graduation or final-year master's student.
• Must be based in Moscow or ready to relocate there with company support.
• Upper-Intermediate English or higher required.
• Full-time availability for a 40-hour work week.
• Excellent communication skills, analytical thinking, entrepreneurial mindset, and ability to inspire teams.
• At least six months of independently leading projects with ownership for results.

Nice to have

• Experience related to sales, e-commerce, brand management, commercial finance, or consumer goods.
