Genworth IT Development Program Intern – Summer 2027

Location: Hybrid in Richmond, Virginia. Candidates outside the area may be eligible for relocation assistance.

Hiring rate: $23.00–$26.00 per hour. Additional bonus incentive may be available based on individual and company performance.

• Complete assignments with teams across application development, client/server systems, programming languages, web development, system integration, data science, and project management.

Requirements

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Computer or Management Information Systems, or Mathematics.
• Academic excellence and strong analytical ability.
• Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

• Minimum GPA of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale.
