What you will do
- Coordinate day-to-day collaboration across four brand teams and one agency team developing strategic and creative campaigns.
- Connect internal stakeholders, agency partners, review teams, and cross-functional contributors.
- Manage workflows, timelines, milestones, deliverables, follow-ups, and approval tracking.
- Coordinate reviews and revisions while maintaining documentation of decisions, feedback, versions, and approval status.
- Perform quality control to ensure campaign materials meet brand standards, internal requirements, and regulatory expectations.
- Identify risks, gaps, inconsistencies, and dependencies, and help integrate the four campaigns as one connected portfolio and asset system.
Requirements
- Native English or equivalent proficiency.
- Experience working with healthcare and pharmaceutical clients.
- Experience coordinating complex marketing projects across multiple stakeholders and teams.
- Strong project management, organizational, communication, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Experience supporting creative development, campaign execution, quality control, and regulatory review processes.
- Availability from November for at least six months.
