Assistant Brand Manager (Beauty Cosmetics): Managing beauty product development from consumer insights and concept creation through commercialization and post-launch performance with an accent on product innovation, lifecycle management, and brand marketing. Focus on evaluating formulas and packaging, analyzing markets and competitors, developing pricing recommendations, and coordinating cross-functional launches within budget and schedule.
Location: Seoul, Samseong, South Korea
Compensation: USD 22.75–44.50 per hour

What you will do
- Lead new product development from concept and product briefs through commercialization.
- Manage product lifecycles and improve formula quality, packaging, functionality, and consumer experience.
- Analyze consumer insights, competitor products, pricing, positioning, and industry trends.
- Develop pricing recommendations and business recommendations for product launches and brand growth.
- Support integrated launches, advertising, promotions, trade shows, education materials, sales tools, and product training.
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional projects, track milestones, identify risks, and deliver projects on time and within budget.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Cosmetic Science, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in brand management, product development, product marketing, or innovation within beauty, cosmetics, or personal care.
- Experience managing new product development projects from concept to launch.
- Communication skills and Korean language proficiency.

- Experience working with OEM/ODM manufacturers and packaging suppliers.
