What you will do
- Program statistical deliverables, including SDTM, ADaM, tables, listings, and figures, for clinical and project analyses.
- Review protocols, case report forms, statistical analysis plans, and mock tables, listings, and figures.
- Create programming specifications for SDTM, ADaM, and TLF deliverables.
- Deliver compliant CDISC data packages with define.xml, reviewer guides, and related documentation.
- Perform quality control, validation, exploratory, and post-hoc analyses.
- Build integrated clinical databases by pooling SDTM and ADaM datasets across studies.
Requirements
- 5–7 years of experience in statistical programming for clinical research, including experience with vaccine studies.
- More than 3 years of SAS experience with BASE, STAT, MACRO, GRAPH, and SQL; familiarity with R and statistical programming.
- Experience with CDISC SDTM and ADaM, including specifications, Pinnacle 21, controlled terminology, metadata, define.xml, and reviewer guides.
- Experience pooling data from multiple studies and independently creating related specifications.
- Knowledge of descriptive statistics and clinical trial processes, with strong organization, prioritization, critical thinking, and teamwork skills.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in statistics, mathematics, computer science, or a related health sciences field, or equivalent experience. Highly effective written and oral English communication is required.
