IT Intern (IT Infrastructure)

Location: Tepeji Plant, Parque Industrial Tepeji, Tepeji del Río de Ocampo, Hidalgo, Mexico; on-site

Salary: MXN 9,000–18,000 gross per month, linked to the selected 4-hour, 6.5-hour, or 8-hour schedule

What you will do

• Maintain IT infrastructure and site compliance metrics.
• Implement assigned IT and digital projects.
• Coordinate with support teams to resolve IT incidents.
• Support ongoing IT operations and initiatives.
• Assist with IT documentation and reporting.

Requirements

• Current student in a STEM discipline such as Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or Industrial Engineering.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and December 2028.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and data networks.
• Problem-solving, effective communication, and teamwork skills.
• Availability for part-time, on-site work at the Tepeji plant for 12–18 months.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of IT infrastructure, servers, and production systems.
• Experience with network analysis tools and digital tools.
• AI knowledge, leadership, or presentation skills.
