2027 Summer Internship – Other Engineering Majors (Alhambra/Pomona/Rosemead/Irwindale)

Location: Rosemead, California, US; hybrid work with required reporting to an SCE facility and residence in California

Salary: $23.50–$34.00 per hour

What you will do

• Work on real-world challenges in the utility and energy sector.
• Collaborate with a mentor and cross-functional teams on assigned projects.
• Apply engineering knowledge while gaining hands-on experience with industry-relevant software and tools.
• Build professional networks through intern events and present the internship project at the annual Intern Expo.
• Protect physical, financial, cybersecurity, customer, medical, proprietary, and other sensitive information.
• Communicate effectively and openly while developing professional skills.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher in any engineering discipline at an accredited institution.
• Expected graduation date of December 2027 or later.
• Minimum GPA of 2.8.
• Must reside in California and be legally authorized to work for any employer in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Transcripts will be verified during onboarding.
