Vaccines Activation Manager (Pharma/Vaccines)

What you will do

• Drive activation and growth of the vaccine portfolio across private channels, including travel vaccination, seasonal influenza, clinics, pharmacies, and occupational health providers.
• Execute territory plans, update marketing tools, deliver scientific and product information, and identify market opportunities and customer needs.
• Build operational relationships with healthcare professionals, pharmacists, GGD representatives, vaccination coordinators, and other Dutch vaccination stakeholders.
• Gather field intelligence on vaccination barriers, coverage gaps, stakeholder needs, and emerging opportunities, and share insights with internal teams.
• Lead regional private-market tender processes and support implementation, program execution, and resolution of field-level barriers.
• Collaborate with Medical, Market Access, Marketing, Public Affairs, Customer Service, and public-market colleagues on education, evidence, events, and public health initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of experience in commercial operations or brand activation within pharma or vaccines.
• Required field experience in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Proven ability to build long-term relationships with healthcare professionals and healthcare organizations.
• Strong analytical, communication, customer orientation, entrepreneurial, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and spoken Dutch and English are strict requirements. Strong CRM experience, including Veeva, is required.
