Focus on coordinating show materials, compiling advertising and sponsorship reports, and providing day-of-show coverage while managing deadline-driven work and extended event hours.

Location: Cambridge, MA, USA; temporary assignment from September 8, 2026, through March 19, 2027. The role requires 40 hours per week and extended hours, including evenings and weekends, based on show dates and deadlines.

Salary: $18.00–$22.50 USD per hour.

What you will do

  • Provide administrative and marketing support to the Regional Marketing Management Team.
  • Coordinate promotional ticket delivery and marketing asset distribution with regional partners.
  • Compile advertising settlement, sponsorship, and event marketing recap reports.
  • Code and process advertising invoices and maintain show information in proprietary marketing tools.
  • Research artist and audience demographics to support marketing plans and assist with grassroots campaigns.
  • Support local PR activities and provide day-of-show event coverage as needed.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in event assisting, event planning, or marketing within entertainment, sports, or public assembly settings.
  • Strong organization, attention to detail, communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven, high-pressure team environment.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems independently.
  • Passion for live music and extensive music knowledge.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
