Senior Product Manager - Fulfillment Technology Services

What you will do

• Own the vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics for Fulfillment Technology products.
• Identify technology opportunities to improve fulfillment efficiency, inventory accuracy, capacity utilization, and operational productivity.
• Partner with Operations, Supply Chain, Finance, Engineering, Data Science, and Business Intelligence teams to define requirements and prioritize initiatives.
• Lead product development from concept through launch and post-launch optimization.
• Develop business cases connecting customer experience improvements with operational and financial outcomes.
• Communicate strategy and progress to senior leadership while influencing engineering and partner organizations to deliver scalable solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, Operations, Economics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Ownership, Program Management, Consulting, Supply Chain, or a related area.
• Experience leading cross-functional technology and business initiatives.
• Strong analytical skills and experience using data for decision-making and prioritization.
• Experience defining product requirements and managing product roadmaps.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice to have

• Experience in fulfillment, supply chain, logistics, warehouse management systems, transportation, or e-commerce platforms.
• Experience with large-scale operational systems and complex workflows.
• Knowledge of marketplace, fulfillment, inventory, and supply chain optimization.
• Experience partnering with software engineering and data science organizations.
• SQL, business intelligence tools, an MBA or advanced degree, and experience in a high-growth technology company.
