Associate Financial Advisor

Location: Austin, Minnesota; candidates from Austin or Mankato, Minnesota are preferred

Salary: $80,000–$110,000 per year

What you will do

• Support financial advisors in serving clients and helping them pursue their financial goals.
• Prepare for client meetings focused on financial planning discussions.
• Gather and analyze client data using financial planning tools.
• Create financial plans, recommendations, illustrations, hypotheticals, and other client deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, present recommendations, answer account-service questions, and resolve client issues.
• Execute appropriate trades, track agreed actions, and complete meeting follow-up and correspondence.

Requirements

• College degree or higher.
• At least 2 years of similar experience.
• Successful completion of the Series 7 and Series 66 examinations.
• State life, accident, and health insurance license.
• Ability to follow professional ethics and legal and regulatory requirements.
