Associate Financial Advisor (Finance)

Pay range: $100,000–$140,000 annually, plus eligible sales incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Join the BMO Bank Investment Program as an advisor associated with hirify.global.
• Build and expand a client base through BMO Bank referrals and its existing client network.
• Identify new clients and support individuals and families throughout their financial lives.
• Create customized financial and investment solutions without proprietary product restrictions.
• Use hirify.global technology, investment products, and firm-wide resources to serve client goals.

Requirements

• Series 7 and Series 66 licenses required; Series 63/65 may apply.
• Insurance license required.
• Three or more years of investment sales experience.
• Employment is with the bank, while hirify.global holds the securities and insurance licenses in accordance with regulatory requirements.
