TL;DR
Project Coordinator (Industrial Gas Project Delivery): Supporting project managers and multidisciplinary teams through project administration, travel and visa coordination, procurement support, stakeholder meetings, and construction or commissioning activities with an accent on EPC project execution and operational coordination. Focus on preparing project deliverables, managing urgent site requests, coordinating permits and customs documentation, and establishing communication between construction managers and customers.
Location: Seoul, South Korea; may require relocation to the project site once site work begins.

What you will do
- Provide general administration and full project support to the Project Manager across one or multiple projects.
- Manage project travel, visa coordination, customer visits, internal and external meetings, agendas, minutes, organization charts, and contact lists.
- Support project setup and administration in SAP and other project systems, invoicing status, intercompany purchase orders, purchase requests, material reservations, and customs documentation.
- Track administrative deadlines, reporting requirements, risk workshops, meetings, and other project activities.
- Prepare and coordinate project deliverables, execution plans, project communications, reporting, and project-specific policies.
- Support temporary site facility execution and coordinate construction, commissioning, consultants, customers, and other stakeholders through project closure.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, engineering, management, business administration, petrochemical, gas, engineering and construction, or a related field.
- Competent written and spoken English.
- Experience with project-related technical or commercial proposals, projects, or commissioning.
- Previous SAP project system experience.
- Plant construction experience in petrochemical, gas, engineering, or construction companies is useful.
Nice to have
- EPC experience.
- Experience in plant construction for petrochemical, gas, engineering, or construction companies.
