What you will do

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across customer-facing teams and multiple regions, from sourcing and screening through interviews, assessment centres, and offers.
• Build proactive talent pipelines for Customer Support, Customer Onboarding, and Fleet roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, team goals, and success profiles.
• Guide managers through effective, inclusive recruitment processes and deliver a consistent candidate experience.
• Maintain the ATS and recruitment workflows while tracking time-to-fill, pipeline progress, and candidate feedback.
• Improve recruitment tools and processes while supporting internal mobility, diversity, and employer branding initiatives.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a high-growth or global technology environment.
• Experience with high-volume recruitment and building high-performing teams across multiple regions.
• Strong sourcing, stakeholder management, communication, reporting, and data analysis skills.
• Ability to operate as a strategic business partner while managing day-to-day recruitment delivery.
• Knowledge of employment law, immigration requirements, and compliance in New Zealand; Australia experience is preferred.
• High emotional intelligence, proactive problem-solving, ownership, and accountability.
