Senior Software Engineer - Technical Lead (Consumer Pulse)

Location: Manila Net Park Office, Philippines; flexible work-from-home arrangements are available.

What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to a Scrum team of software, data, analytics, and AI engineers.
• Design, build, and maintain data-driven web applications and reporting solutions for Consumer Pulse.
• Implement data integration solutions, including publishing data to the company data lake.
• Improve engineering processes, software quality, cost efficiency, and application performance.
• Support monitoring, troubleshooting, application management, infrastructure sizing, and information security activities.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Data Engineers, analysts, vendors, architects, and other stakeholders while defining delivery timelines.

Requirements

• Demonstrated technical leadership and team management experience, including leading contributors without direct reporting responsibility.
• Advanced hands-on experience with Python, React, Next.js, and JavaScript.
• Strong software development foundation in CI/CD, automated testing, and quality management.
• Strong knowledge of data structures, data modeling, and system design.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and commitment to high-quality outputs.
