Location: City of Singapore; onsite twelve-hour rotating day and night shifts, including weekend workdays when fully operational

hirify.global is developing a new generation of modular, adaptable, and highly digitalized manufacturing facilities for vaccines and Specialty Care Biologics products.

What you will do

• Perform commissioning and qualification activities for manufacturing equipment, digital systems, and automation systems.
• Execute routine cGMP manufacturing activities in line with process, quality, and safety standards.
• Participate in Engineering Runs, Product Validation Runs, and tech transfer activities.
• Support operational readiness through procedures, risk assessments, training documents, and equipment-system documentation.
• Use manufacturing applications and software, including ERP, MES, and PCS systems.
• Maintain manufacturing areas, support audit and regulatory readiness, and contribute to continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Degree in an engineering or science discipline.
• Strong analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, presentation, verbal communication, and technical writing skills.
• Ability to work independently and cross-functionally in fast-paced conditions with tight timelines.
• Ability to work a twelve-hour rotating shift pattern covering day and night shifts, with weekend work when the facility is fully operational.
• Starting job grade is determined by the highest education qualification and relevant experience.

Nice to have

• Internship or industrial attachment experience in a biopharmaceutical or biotechnology organization.
