Senior Technical Program Manager, Data Center Build and Design (AI Infrastructure)

Location: Remote within the United States; regular travel to the assigned construction site is required, estimated at 30–40%. Candidates based near Las Vegas or Richmond hubs are preferred.

Compensation includes stock options. Employment requires authorization to work in the United States.

What you will do

• Run the thirteen-gate delivery framework for an assigned 100 MW-or-larger data center campus from site qualification through revenue service.
• Own the integrated site schedule, critical path, gate milestones, design dependencies, procurement commitments, and fit-out sequencing.
• Coordinate general contractors, landlords, colocation partners, vendors, Construction Engineering and Design, MEP Engineering, Network, and Operations.
• Maintain the campus risk register and decision log, resolve blockers, and escalate issues with documented recommendations.
• Track gate cycle times and feed lessons learned into the shared delivery playbook.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in technical program management or delivery roles with hands-on data center design and construction delivery.
• Experience delivering at least one large-scale data center or multi-phase campus from design through commissioning and service.
• Fluency in stage-gate governance, written entry criteria, gate packages, decision records, Primavera P6 or equivalent schedule logic, critical path analysis, risk registers, and decision logs.
• Strong knowledge of data center power architecture, cooling including liquid cooling, structured cabling, fiber plants, factory acceptance testing, and integrated systems testing.
• Ability to hold contractors and vendors accountable without direct authority, supported by clear written and verbal communication.
• Regular travel to the assigned construction site is required, including extended on-site presence during energization and commissioning.

Nice to have

• CDCDP, CDCP, or an equivalent data center certification.
• Experience with AI-density whitespace, high-kW-per-rack halls, direct liquid cooling, hyperscale, GPU cloud, or AI infrastructure.
• Experience with greenfield builds, colocation tenant deployments, landlord interfaces, and GPU cluster deployment.
