What you will do

• Help shape the agency’s creative vision while remaining hands-on in design and execution.
• Develop strategically grounded creative solutions and brand experiences across multiple clients and industries.
• Lead campaign brainstorms, oversee projects from discovery through execution, and ensure deliverables meet quality and effectiveness standards.
• Mentor designers and elevate creative thinking, collaboration, innovation, and accountability across the agency.
• Present creative concepts and rationale to clients and internal stakeholders.
• Manage resources, timelines, and budgets to deliver projects on time and within budget.
