Technology Product Analyst Intern

What you will do

• Recommend and establish KPIs, monitor key metrics, and deliver recurring product analyses and reports.
• Analyze feature usage, product trends, and user behavior to suggest enhancements and support feature prioritization.
• Define reports and dashboards with meaningful data segments, filters, and interpretations of product performance.
• Design tests for beta, pilot, and early-adopter programs to support successful product and feature adoption.
• Apply lean methodology to define business problems, form hypotheses, test solutions, and continue the build-measure-learn cycle.
• Support product discovery through business research, value and ROI analysis, and product documentation.

Requirements

• Be a recent graduate or a current master's student in Data Analytics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a related field.
• Demonstrate strong analytical, problem-solving, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Set up, manage, and maintain analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Flurry, Google Analytics, or similar platforms.
• Query SQL databases and understand relational databases and table structures.
• Use Tableau or other reporting platforms to present quantitative research results.
• Manage and prioritize multiple tasks and projects; prior business analysis or software development experience is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Agile Scrum and lean methodologies.
• Experience with product management software such as JIRA.
