QC Specialist (Biotechnology)

What you will do

• Coordinate QC and QA activities within the team.
• Complete key orders and troubleshoot operational issues.
• Analyze production data and support process and technology improvements.
• Manage or participate in promotion and improvement projects.
• Develop and update SOPs, consolidate work practices, and train junior employees.
• Support quality monitoring, safety inspections, and corrective actions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in cell biology, molecular biology, biomedicine, or a related field.
• Practical knowledge of SDS-PAGE, Western blot, LC-MS, HPLC, and other protein detection methods.
• Strong troubleshooting and project management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
