Sr Requirement Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Support strategic capability design and integration across the North American technology landscape.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable system designs and working implementations.
• Define system components, interfaces, and data flows while breaking down complex problems into technical solutions.
• Design and implement integrations using APIs, messaging systems, and synchronous or asynchronous patterns.
• Support production stability through effective design, testing, rollout, and root-cause analysis of system issues.
• Apply AI-assisted development tools and validate generated outputs for correctness, performance, and engineering standards.

Requirements

• 5–10+ years of experience in technology requirements engineering, system design, or related roles.
• Proven ability to design and deliver production systems end to end.
• Solid understanding of APIs, data models, integration patterns, and distributed systems.
• Experience across the full development lifecycle: design, build, deploy, and operate.
• Strong technical communication, structured thinking, problem decomposition, and abstraction skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to AI-assisted development tools or an active interest in emerging engineering paradigms.
• Experience developing, reviewing, and validating complex implementation requirements.
