Senior Investment Associate (Finance)

Location: Lake Forest, Illinois, United States

Salary: $74,200–$126,200 USD per year, plus a discretionary bonus program that may include equity.

What you will do

• Prepare portfolio materials, retrieve reports, and organize documentation for client review meetings.
• Support Portfolio Advisors and investment management clients with account administration, client requests, and correspondence.
• Process cash transfers, fund trades, account transactions, and fee reviews according to established procedures.
• Research tax-cost discrepancies and coordinate account adjustments with the tax area.
• Support monthly compliance reviews, new account reviews, documentation, and risk management activities.
• Use the Goals Driven Wealth Management tool in client meetings and begin making proactive investment recommendations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Knowledge of investment products, services, and terminology.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Coursework completed toward a CFA or CFP designation.
• Expanded conceptual knowledge in the relevant job discipline and understanding of key business drivers.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
