What you will do
- Architect and implement large-scale data intelligence and production-grade data warehousing solutions on Snowflake.
- Design, build, and operationalize data and analytics solutions using Snowflake Cloud Data Warehouse.
- Develop ETL pipelines and data ingestion workflows using Python, SnowSQL, Java, Spark, and Scala.
- Write SQL queries and Unix or Python scripts to extract, load, and transform data.
- Translate BI and reporting requirements into database and reporting designs.
- Document implementations, requirements, and test conditions while automating cloud-based data pipeline testing.
Requirements
- Mid-level or senior experience in data warehousing and large-scale data solutions.
- Strong experience architecting, designing, and operationalizing solutions on Snowflake.
- Knowledge of at least one major cloud platform: AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with Snowflake internals and integrations with data processing and reporting technologies.
- Production-grade data warehousing experience with technologies such as Teradata, Oracle, or DB2.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to solve problems and architect solutions from unclear requirements.
