Analytics Engineer (AI)

Location: Bratislava, Slovakia

Salary: EUR 2,400–4,100 per month for a full-time role, plus performance-based variable compensation and location-specific benefits.

What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable data engineering and analytics solutions.
• Build end-to-end applications and services for document analytics and information retrieval.
• Develop cloud-native solutions with a focus on performance, reliability, and modern engineering practices.
• Contribute to solution architecture and continuous platform improvement.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Apply Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

• Hands-on software development experience with strong Python skills.
• Experience designing and building scalable, data-intensive applications.
• Production experience with SQL, Apache Spark, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Experience working in Agile development teams and contributing to iterative delivery.

Nice to have

• Experience with Palantir Foundry and its data integration and transformation capabilities.
• Exposure to Large Language Models, AI engineering, or Retrieval-Augmented Generation.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure, AWS, or an equivalent cloud platform.
• Java development experience.
